The FEE includes access to conference sessions, book of abstracts, conference proceedings in digital format (PDF file on a USB memory stick), buffet lunches and coffee-breaks, first day welcome drink, conference dinner and piano concert (details available here http://www.mitosettembremusica.it/en/programma/12092016-2100-improvvisazioni-catena-conservatorio-giuseppe-verdi.html).

Accompanying person fee includes buffet lunches and coffee-breaks, first day welcome drink, conference dinner and piano concert.

*IIR members are required to indicate their IIR membership number on the registration form.

**Students will be required to provide documentation proving their status. 

PAYMENT

·                            CREDIT CARD (Visa and Mastercard are accepted). The form is secure and if you decide to pay by credit card, your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

·                            BANK TRANSFER

Very important note:
bank transfer document must clearly indicate:

·                            Family name(s) and first name(s) of delegate/s

·                            name of Company or Institution

·                            reference: THERMAG 2016

PLEASE SEND COPY OF THE BANK TRANSFER TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM TO THE CONGRESS SECRETARIAT:

·                            by e-mail, as an attachment to registrationthermag2016@axeacongress.com

Transfer should be net and exclusive of any bank charges to the Congress.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS WITHOUT REGISTERING TO THE CONGRESS.

INVITATION LETTER
Foreigners needing a special invitation letter in order to obtain visas may request it to the Congress Secretariat by sending an e-mail to: registrationthermag2016@axeacongress.com

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Congress Secretariat in a reasonable time, please send an e-mail to: registrationthermag2016@axeacongress.com

REFUNDS
If cancellation occurs before June 10th, 2016 will have full refund of the registration fee less € 50 handling fee.

If cancellation occurs before July 15th, 2016, an administrative fee equal to 50% of the registration fee will be deducted and the rest of the registration fee refunded.

If cancellation occurs after July 15th, 2016 there will be no refund.

Refunds will be made after the Congress.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
